Version 4.1.2 release:
A big shout-out to 任索嘉盒Ninesogabox who noticed an issue about the character select menu in the Japanese and Chinese version of the game,
and Silas the sonic fan who noticed some issues about some English text (mostly in the HELP menu).
The latest patch fixes all the forgotten issues.

Version 4.1.0 release:
A big shout-out to HeavyTuber who gave help for the Russian translation!
Sonic Advance International now has a grand total of 9 languages!
He was his first time ever translating a video game, but he did a pretty good job.

Additionally, because the Russian text features a lot of long words, the tips board height has been increased to accommodate the Russian language.
Therefore, the tips board can now support 6 lines of text, instead of 5.
Potential:
- Replace some "itemsSelect2Init" menus by simple option changes.
- Add an option to load save data from save files.
- Fix the Sound Effects lag on some real hardware.*
- Make the game running at 60FPS and at normal speed.*
